POLICY ON RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Refund and Cancellation Policies are designed to be simple and transparent for you to comprehend. If you want to cancel an item, you must do so before it is dispatched. Items can't be cancelled once they've been shipped;

Simply message us in what's app 9836571661 with a photo of the item and the reason for cancellation, along with your order number, for cancellations.

We will initiate a refund once we receive the message and conduct a quality analysis on it.

All payments will be processed within four(4) working days after received the product back to our ware house and will only be paid via GPay , PhonePe or Bank A/C transfer. No Cash Refund is available .

To protect your privacy and security, we will keep all of your bank account information and details private and will not disclose them with anyone.

The following is a step-by-step explanation of our Return/Exchange Policy:

Within 2 days of delivery, send us an image of the product you want to return/exchange via WhatsApp (+91 9836571661 ), along with your order number.

Any products that were damaged by the customer are not returnable or exchangeable.

The following are a list of customer losses:

Tags are removed
The items have a strong body odour.
Packaging is lost.
The item that is being Washed or Dry-Cleaned or Used.
We don't give any cloth guarantee after its being used or washed . Some Minor color bleed may be possible in first wash.
